　　Instructions for use:

 

　　1.Dilute with tap water(well water is prohibited for dilution),arti?cially slightly mixing(when automatic proportioning machine is used,it is prohibited to use the uninterrupted compressed air for mixing).Attention:the use of the above two prohibited items will result in“accumulation of broken emulsion”of the mold release agent;

 

　　2.Wealth Machinery spray gun or automatic spray system is adopted to achieve uniform spraying and drying,thus ensuring the quality of the castings;

 

　　3.Attention shall be paid to the control of the mold temperature,and the ideal mold temperature to use mold release agent is 200-300°C;

 

　　4.Dilution ratio:to be properly adjusted according to the complexity,mold depth ratio,aluminum alloy Si content and zinc alloy of the castings.

 

　　Physical and chemical indexes:

 

　　unlimitedly soluble in water(water soluble),milk white liquid(the liquid drop has the bluish polarized light),without?ash spots,aromatic smell,pH 8.0-9.0,density 0.96-0.97g/cm3.

 

　　Reference dilution ratio:

 

　　Small and medium-sized castings,zinc alloy dilution ratio:1:100~1:120

 

　　Large-sized complex castings,deep cavity dilution ratio:1:80~1:100

 

　　Pure aluminum and low-Si aluminum alloy dilution ratio:1:50~1:60

 

　　Notes:

 

　　Storage caution:keep from frost and sunshine,store indoor,seal properly after opening Expiry date is 12 months in the original liquid seal status

 

　　Emergency treatment:if splashed in eyes,immediately wash with water
